Good find John...I wonder who in The Administration is really listening to Scowcroft -- definately not the NeoCons...=)

I don't think anyone is. Perhaps that's why he has gone public. Though the fact he is public suggests the policy still has not been decided. Given the premium the Bush folk put on loyalty, once there is a policy in place, you are not likely to see Scowcroft publicly disagreeing.
