Long time since we've talked. Hope you are well and you are maintaining your VBQ!

Your theory about Lee's reason for retiring sounds extremely logical. The only problem is that if you go to the SEC homepage you will find that PLMD is NOT ON THEIR LIST for certification by either CEO or CFO.

Although not asked to sign CEO certification Polymedica's management signed it anyway.
