Jack - 80% of CSCO's business is enterprise, and it has been the enterprise aspect that has kept it from trading well into the single digits. Well, we saw IBM's enterprise business start to fall apart as of late, so I would assume the same for CSCO. Trading at 23 times next years earnings, and if you add in expensing options, they would be currently trading at 36 times. CSCO is doomed, but it has been darn resilient. Can't see that lasting much longer frankly. Good luck. Better bet is with any of the metals or the XAU which got tossed around today.
