Gary: "especially if the fed cuts rates" -- I am not sure cutting rates matters any more. Lower rates will not get people to buy cars -- 0% interest is already the norm for car promotions. Lower rates will not help the dollar or any of the other things hanging over the market. I wanted to buy intc at $15, but now that it is nearly there I am think maybe I'll wait for $10-12. I never thought the Naz would break below 1,000, although for two years I mentioned it as a downside target. Now I am not so sure. As for rallies -- they are now for selling. Good luck.
