ACF, If you bother to read the PSLRA of 1995: lectlaw.com And President Clinton's Veto Message: lectlaw.com You will hopefully come to the sensible conclusion that this is nothing other than a "get out of jail free" card for accountants and attorneys who were intent on engaging in immoral or unethical behavior which they magically anointed as "legal" by the most cynical of sophistic interpretation. I stand by what I said. Big business in the U.S. today is a criminal operation and a sham. We need to rein in these foolish and ultimately destructive excesses in greed and self-dealing. I'm fully cognizant that small business people don't enjoy the same perquisites as the corporations who've stolen the Congress from the people and turned it into the biggest and nastiest whorehouse in the nation.
