What else did the Republican's expect, "Dirty" Dick Cheney, and President George Tush (everything he touches turns to shit) campaigned on a recession platform, back when the economy was healthy, and boy have they delivered! Now when things are really bad he comes out and calls it an "Economic downturn", the guy is a master of double speak, and yet his loyalist are 100% behind him. He'll have to invade Iraq to save the "House of Representatives" from getting swept free of Republican majority, or maybe he'll save it to try and cover his own one term ass, for the next presidential election.
