Reiterating Kuwait's position, [Minister of Information] Sheikh Ahmad said: "No one and no country wants war... Kuwait is against hitting Iraq and the Iraqi people". He called on Iraq to implement Gulf crisis-related U.N. resolutions to help the region avoid a new war.
