Channel charts for tonight. UGH.

Not much to say except the BTK daily wedge is cracking, and that SOX pattern was a messy daily bearflag, it broke today.
Or as Ralph Bloch said this evening, the SOX collapsed today...

SPX is about to blow through its channel again, the DOW did today. Gotta be a bounce soon, but one to sell into...

RE. the article on two 90% down days.. anyone know how many times that's happened?

If its only happened lets say twice ( '29 and '87 ) then the statistical correlation would require the market to have similar drops of misery.. then again if 90%er's are common we're not in such a bad way.

It bugs me when they site some stat like that but don't back it up with content so one can give the argument some thought.
