Re: Partisan politics is the surest way to paralyze America from being able to defend itself

Maybe someone should have told that to the Republicans before they spent $70 Million, and suspended the constitution, to show that Clinton had a girlfriend. Most interesting was that the leaders of that witch hunt mostly had girlfriends, themselves.

If the Clinton administration hadn't been spending so much time defending itself from the holier than thou, crowd, it would have been able to implement the plans it had put together.

The political assasination attempt by the Republicans was one of the uglier episodes of American political history, and we're still seeing the repercussions, military and economic.

I blame both 9/11 and the failing economy on the disruption caused by the temper tantrum of the Right wing nuts in the Republican party that paralyzed this country for 3 years.

Jim, <Even a 6th grader could mastermind such a simple plan.>

I still can't figure out why so many Americans fall for it every single time. Vince McMahon could have scripted everything that goes on inside Washington and we wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

By the way, my girlfriend is a Democrat (neo-feminist mentality), but I have a feeling that once she starts earning money, she'll quickly become a Republican. As soon as she starts making over $80K/year, she'll quickly learn who the Dems want to exploit in their quest for votes.

It's all part of the DEM master plan to discredit Bush.
1. associate him with the corporate crooks and the fall of the stock market.

Why not......he's one of them.

2. Associate him with being the cause of the 9/11 bombing.

Only because it happened on his watch......no blame, just the fact.

3. If the "war" in Afghanistan lingers on without results...pin that on him too.

Why not......he's the one that said it needed to be done.......you know, the war on terrorism and the destruction of those mass weapons of destruction. That's been his rhetoric 24/7 since 9/11.......or do you want to blame the lingering war on Gore like everything else?

4. Pick your shots and use the your friends in the news media to do the job for you. Make it look like it's their stories not coming from the DEMs.

Huh? The news media has been more than fair to Bush........to the point where I have been subjected to bouts of nausea. No.....if the worm turns, its of Bush's own making, no one else's.

So stop with the excuses already......clear evidence that things are not going well for Reps........the whining starts.

Even a 6th grader could mastermind such a simple plan.

That's all it would take with a Bush in the White House.
