Paul, think outside the box: bp is determined by % of stocks on a PnF BUY signal. Stocks have been knocked down to very low levels this time around. It is possible that some are on a BUY signal even though their price has reverted to Os and is very low. To get a lower bp you're saying price of that one stock has to go lower still so it no longer has a buy signal. I'm saying with very low stock prices a slightly higher bp than in previous years may suffice for a bp bottom.
