Joe, The preferred stock is not tied into the price of the common stock since it is not a convertible preferred. Therefore, the way I see it, the upside is theoretically limited to 20 cents, since that is where the company can recall and redeem (retire) the preferred stock if they ever choose to do so, plus all the accrued, but as yet unpaid, dividends.
