Joe, I've left two messages for Michael Rubel and so far no return call. I don't know the answer to your question and I never assume anything until it's confirmed. This could get interesting - it appears there's a buyer (or buyers) of the common in the last several days. I caught some preferred last week at 2.5 cents - thanks for the heads up (so far, lol.) P.S. This is a pure gamble for me and it's by no means a recommendation on my part.
