The order signed by Chief Judge Peter J. Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington also allows Alcatel Space NA, an interested party in the case, to take part in the Rule 2004 examination. Under Rule 2004, the court may order that a company be examined or produce documents that relate to its operations, its financial condition, or to the administration of the bankruptcy case. Seems we have still more bad blood to work through with Alcatel Jeff Vayda And I thought it strange that Loral would re - restate earnings so soon. Looks like some people might have caught Bernie in a white lie? Do you think BLS will add his signature anytime soon to the validity of Loral’s accounting? Heck he is a finance genius, but yesterday’s smart moves are today’s impeachable offenses. No wonder G* never got the effort it deserved, all the parties were too busy gathering Pearl Harbor files on each other!
