What does that have to do with the environmentalists blocking wind mills at the Cape?

Both energy bills - the House bill and the Senate bill - as currently written are little more than pork fests, larding subsidy after subsidy on entrenched energy interests. In the best interests of the taxpayers, we would be better off if they were both killed, as all that pork is unlikely to achieve energy independence (or even greater efficiency) for the US.
