I am waiting until overall stock prices are back to historical PE levels, such as the S&P with a PE of around 15 on "good earnings" before I buy anything. Then I will look at going long, including AMAT. My guess is yes, you will get AMAT in the mid single digits then.

To me, backlog doesn't mean squat. Orders can get cancelled and pushed out. It's earnings that count.
