how do you feel about the death penalty?

Pretty ambivalent. I would prefer we not have one because it seems more trouble than it's worth. It costs too much to keep people on death row during a long series of legal maneuvers, it costs us when other countries will not extradite criminals we want to try, and it's unnecessarily divisive. But I can't get too exercised over it one way or the other.
