Allan, my data is not clear on that

But your scenario sounds quite reasonable - a rally on CSCO news that fizzles by mid-afternoon Wednesday or Thursday morning. Also, as Paul pointed out, your call coincides with a Bradley high (but Bradley turn calls are on the Dow).
