I've never used the IEradicator so I really can't say if it removes Outlook Expresss but since OEX is part of IE6 I would guess that it will remove it. I'd try downloading and running IE6 setup again befor eusing the removing program. The installer may detect the current version that you have and not let you install but it's worth a try. If there is an advanced option button or a customize button on the IE download choose it and instead of letting it self install you will be able to download and save the IE setup files to your hard drive. If something goes wrong in the future you won't have to go through the download again.

Make sure you have an operating browser before trying any of this just in case things don't go well. I'll check back in a while. Big thunderstorm brewing in my area.
