Ted,

Re: "Yousef, why? ... I don't want to have to think, just spout rhetoric."

Ted, you haven't been "thinking" on this thread for some time now ... I think
it really "turned for the worse" after Bush won the '00 election. For some
reason, you haven't been able to get over it. <ggg>

Make It So,
Yousef

Your silence (and that of your buddy, Alighieri) is deafening.

You guys remind me of those arcade games where the little clowns pop up and the object is to pound them back into their holes.

You and Al just pop up from time to time, make an unsupportable statement, which one of the reasoned posters here refutes, and you retract into your holes, waiting for the next random time to pop up and be heard. A large chunk of the Left behaves the same way -- just spout off without the slightest support for a position, then crawl back into a hole for a while. Say anything, it doesn't matter -- it need not be true or based in part on fact. The object is to get it HEARD as some voters will be fooled by it.

Political rhetoric at its worst.
