If there's no implication, why bring it up? I would have assumed that ME folks have a lower average income than Spain. And haven't you noticed that most civil unrest is in poor countries? Has always been that way....it's called personal survival, the most basic of human needs. "the people should use the Constitution of the US as a tool to throw the bums out."
