Looks like those flags did eventually break down here. Most of my shorts are still intact and profitable now, not quite sure yet what I'm going to do about CSCO. I think hold on and see what they come out with. I'm sure they'll make their results, but the chance for weak guidance is there... even if they are neutral to the markets I think we may be developing enough downside momentum here to make the targets of those bear flags and fill the gaps from this morning. Interestingly I just noticed possible H&S patterns on the 15 min SPX/DJIA charts if we go down more from here. The Naz has one too but not quite as good looking.
