they can't stir up volume with Fed event risk. perhaps, they need to dredge up a Fed rate hike rumor so that it becomes a three-sided coin toss of cut, pass, or hike. i still thought the 2019 comet event risk was their best gambit. market tanked on the first news story, then rallied 400 points on the comet miss story.
