Cary, thanks for the response - I'm in the process of making some decisons as to how to allocate my remaining dry powder, so I'm pondering various strategies.

By the way, while I rarely post this is one of the threads that I follow more-or-less regularly. It's also one of the more civil threads I read and I appreciate your posts and those of others. I really hate to see you guys underwater and hope that there will be a turn soon.
