I think that reducing corp and individual taxes is one way (the best way???) to stimulate the economy. I think it will be tough to get through congress though.

thats a little out of context--kudlow was talking to the treasury guy and kudlow was suggesting the thngs you mentioned--but the treasury guy wouldn't answer anything--he kept saying the secretary was looking at a lot of things and it wouldn't be right to comment on them
