Nah, If this gets a clean bill of health by the SEC it will be trading on the BB again, right where it left off. Now if the SEC finds something wrong, well that will be another thing. I would say that the stock will be dead. Tom will have buried it an I wouldn't suspect that it would recover. The last time the SEC found something wrong it took 8 mos. to get back on the board. I can't believe that Tom would be that dumb twice. But then who knows? Some folks like to push the envelop to the very edge.

Dai, This is under a H-10 which means that ECNT (ECNC) doesn't trade until the SEC says so. And I haven't seen anything that says the SEC says it is OK for ECNT can trade tomorrow unless they put something out later today before the markets open. There isn't anything on the BB that says otherwise. Myself, I don't think this will trade today at all. JMHO.
