I agree with Nadine's subsequent post, that I think the US has already ignored the UN on this one. But those times, and here I agree with Carl, were quite different than a full scale "regime change". That will require a great deal more legitimacy. A UN vote would be such; but the Bush folk would stay as far away from that one as possible.
