MSN bill pay now offers money transfers between accounts, even at different institutions, with a $1,000 daily limit. The information update also says the service can be tied into MSN Money and uses the new .Net passport. Also states that electronic e-mail payments can be made to anyone else using the service. Could this be a prelude to taking on Paypal? Is that the phone ringing at Yahoo Auctions?
