There's nothing in the Constitution that would keep George W. in office if the people do not re-elect him, war or no war.

In any case, public opinion is turning strongly against war on Iraq so, ipso facto, no war.

President Bush starts a war with Iraq, economy craters and he's a one term president. 1989-1993.
