The corporate prosecution thing these days is becoming the latest cottage industry for ambulance-chasing, media-hungry lawyers. Each of the 50 states, the Feds, and class-action ambulance chasers are all chasing the same boogeymans. Remember, the lawyers always get paid first. And the most. Those investors who were hurt will never be made whole. The pendulum is now swinging all the way to the other side, where no ethical, honest MIT or Stanford grad will ever want to start a business that grows and employs increasing numbers of people, and creates increasing amounts of wealth for honest investors.
