The amazing thing is that cisco's qtr sales are 12.35% over last year. The year over year comparisons are still down (only 15% though)... but considering they are on a july-july fiscal year that included 911 its amazing. Thats the top line which for everybody else has deteriorated rapidly.

About the only thing the cisco naysayers can latch onto is options expensing (I am getting so tired of this issue)... but even then they are buying back so much stock what can you say... also they are not in the "topheavy" options camp with top execs getting less than 6% of the outstanding options.

It seems like the mkt is factoring in the double dip at this point, my question is what will that do to techs.
