<remember you from the "oil patch" threads> Cool. Yep, VRC was one of the 1st ones I bot in Jan of 1999. Then RDC. Wish I'd jumped on Maverick Tube sooner back then. Still got a hat trick out of the bugger, but could have been much more than that with an entry well under 10. Today looks like gold is the market reacting most in anticipation to a Fed cut. Doesn't that take real short rates into negative territory? Have to wonder how much longer G-8 will stay on board with the prop job on the clown buck, fighting the headwind of negative real rates.
