LEts be honest, there was nothing positive about CSCO's report. It was not indicative of anything but the continuing malaise in the industry. I'm not saying CSCO won't one day turn around, but this report doesnt signal that. There is simply still too much cost cutting going on in corporate America to return CSCO to higher YOY growth rates. Anyone employed in large corporations, knows that it takes enormous effort to get a new project approved. The pursestrings are very tight right now. Until this situation reverses, and companies begin spending again, it is all just wishful thinking.
