AMAT/INTC/CSCO.... share price relationship is sketchy.

Right now we have a disconnect between the outlook and the stock prices. And I see nothing on the horizon that will reconnect these relationships.

The major negative for these stocks is that they begin a nice uptrend and Bush goes to war with Iraq. And the whole market tanks once again.
