I have said several times here that Trade was the best thing Clinton accomplished. I will gladly allow him the sex to make up for it. ";-)" Nope, I don't know that. I do know that after 94, the Republicans controlled Congress. We do know that. We also know Clinton wished to have fast track authority. Seems to me if the Republicans had voted with him, he would have had it. Or if some had voted against him, there were more than a few dems who were voting with him. Thus, Reps are responsible. You know, Republicans like the esteemed GWB 2 who has this thing about the steel industry or about agriculture or about . . .
