Dipy, I managed another quick trip from 6.5 to 7 over the past day and am out of my short term position again. One interesting trend to bear in mind in LSI's favor which you might have heard about: I just heard about new laws proposed that would make it mandatory by 2007 for each TV sold in the US to have a digital signal decoder in them. I remember an announcement a year or so ago that LSI had produced such a chip for the european (British?) market. lsilogic.com lsilogic.com Just another consumer market with tens of millions of units a year that plays to LSI's strengths. PC chip growth has flattened but non-pc consumer chip growth is going through what I'm tempted to call a secular expansion! Your thinking bear don't want to be bucking the secular trend! Andy
