I am working on my 10 REASONS WHY INFLATION WILL RETURN

a preview:
- Fed is inflating with a pace never seen before in the history of our country

- the dollar is declining, and we import almost half of everything

- commodities are not confirming the deflating stock indexes, many of which are from abroad, but most of which are necessities which havent been involved in bankruptcy liquidations

- the bond yield curve is sharply tilted, nowhere near inverted

- if foreigners sell TBonds (as I expect), rates will rise

just way way way too much dollar money chasing goods & cervixes

<<...The last time I saw stagflation was the '70s. Then the double whammy of (1) an essential commodity (oil) price explosion, and (2) a demographic trough of peak productive workers combined to produce a kind of perfect economic storm.>>

I'm kinda hoping we avoid that kind of 'perfect economic storm'....=)

-Scott

THE 'GOLD CAP' DISEMBOWELMENT OF AMERICA, by Frank Smith
(aka "Atocha")

very insightful reading, a sharp direct attack of the powers that run America, its financial industries
essentially the gold cap destroyed the "TROUBLE" thermometer in gold
so few had any warning of trouble
kind of like getting a fever and almost dying
only not being able to take your temperature to measure fever

if gold had been allowed to operate in the 1990's,
then many problems including the stock bubble might have been averted

gold-eagle.com

"The criminal price fixing of the gold cap was to free markets what the Spanish conquistadors were to the Inca."

all that remains is for... THE REVENGE OF GOLD
