It's well known on this thread that Saudi Arabia secretly wants us to invade Iraq and will not just allow us to use their territory to do this, but heck, they're going to be begging for it. Think of Saudi Arabia as a woman. Any man knows that "no" means "yes". Most men are very sexy and cannot be resisted. So they know that when women say "maybe" they really mean "yes", and when they say "no", it really means "yes" also. This is because we're sexy and we know it.
