it really could be a serious issue. with
the amount of instability it creates,
it certainly has scared off or bankrupted most of the long term investors. and there is more and more talk of the instability itself becoming a contributing factor to overall economic weakness.

meanwhile, they go after Martha, any teenager spamming the internet over a penny stock, and restrict and control daytrading for the smallest of investors.

and the hedgies and program traders do whatever they want, with shorting and buy program manipulation, and at this point they have complete control of the market.
