I followed ACF during that time and I dont' recall a single warning, just a constant barrage of "fear mongering" that they were going to have serious growth problems (yet to marterialize). At the same time PVN took a big hit on sub-prime lending and they compared ACF to PVN woes and implied the same thing would happen to them. Problem was ACF continued to produce the earnings they said they would have. Maybe they have inside information of irregularities, or just counting on the masses to force it down, I don't know. Bruce
