Hello Paul, I have not posted here in a while, but I would like to point out a couple of things I have noted on your COMPQ chart:
1) The ADX indicates that the down trend is still fairly strong but it is losing momentum.
2) MACD on the other hand is looks like it is getting ready to turn the corner.
Of course this analysis needs confirmation and any bounce here may just be a bear rally.
