c) PSFT is #2 with SAP and ORCL battling for #3 honors Maybe, but sebl will have to have a terrible product to start losing out to psft. The psft web product that we are converting to is terrible and the prognosis for improvement is not good. They apparently, do not feel it important enough to really customize their product even when it will cover 80,000 employees ( and that is not even a quarter of the number the system may cover). What is saving them is the stickiness characteristic. No way are we going to stop in mid stream and go with another vendor. Talk about slow, our old system was much faster even with more manual processing. Kat PS: Had psft stock for years, switched to sebl.
