Hi Maurice, New Zealand comes up #3, after Singapore, ahead of the US:

and TnT comes up #35, due to fiscal burden, which should soon be washed away by new oil and gas:0)

It's crossed the pond. Here in Toronto they've been removing see-saws and other apparatus from playgrounds, diving boards are disappearing from pools ........

Crushing the life out of children in Britain

We had a case a few years ago where the city decided to tear down a much-loved playground rocket ship in a local park because of safety issues. One determined 11-year old girl decided to fight city hall and won, by convincing them to build a new and improved rocket to replace the old one. Funds were raised, and the manufacturer designed a special gigantic extra-tall model. Here it is... photos.yahoo.com
