D3: And what cost do you impute to them. Is the cost to the company as far as the capital account is concerned based on book or book plus PIC or market. How do you treat the cash tendered by the optionee, etc. You don't have a clue regarding the complexity of this issue. You ought to go on TV.JFD

Except they are then expensed twice, as a cost and as dilution.
