I have no idea as to how the many machinations of this situation will eventually work out. I'm just raising it as a situation that could create some real upside activity and that we bears need to keep an eye on it. I do appreciate your comments on this.

They have to sign off on Qs and Ks already registered, back at least a year. Not all - 1000 of largest companies.
