Not been there. Morocco is the only Islamic nation I've traveled in. An absolutely fascinating trip. And one that's done a lot to help me understand our current conflict with militant Islam.

You probably feel the same about your trip.

It's one thing to go where a different language is spoken. But when the religion is different? Now, that's really <culture shock>! Even our concept of time is alien to them. They use a lunar calendar. That alone plays out an a myriad of ways, in daily life.

I was in Glascow a few years back on business. Just happened to be there for Robert Burns birthday, in January I believe. Had a great time...quiet a party with haggis and scotch whiskey.
