Kaplan makes reference to the same story over on Kitco today. He doesn't think it will be a catalyst since it's a small amount by total standards (around 10 million ounces a year, I think). They're also not starting until next year, I think. Silver is in a major funk. It's just drifting around. Every once in a while I think I've backed the wrong horse... CD
