LB, I think that is precisely what the Administration has had in mind all along....it is the media who has made it seem otherwise.

You are exactly right. If the vote is against us going in, fine. Then we will know who to hold responsible if things go wrong.

That is, if the country and we are still functioning after a major bio attack.

Congress must approve any presidential proposal to go to war.
