At that point, he had won. The point is that if the recount occurred without settlement of the legal issues, and favored Gore, then Bush sought relief after the fact and won in court, harm would have been done. Thus, expedited review of the legal issues was appropriate.......

After pumping up the American left for decades, the Supreme Court gets no gratitude from them, because they were forced to put an end to the Clinton/Gore Nazi's fraud.

That's typical Marxist/Leninist strategy: Use anything that furthers the destruction of the host/enemy society. Attack that same entity when it turns against your nefarious interests, even one time.
