Jeff: Yes, the Dow and SPX are issues no doubt and you make good points. Not gonna short those. On the other hand, evening stars -- imperfect or otherwise-- on the NDX have a history in this bear market of bringing lower lows to that index anyway. So they will have to drag that one along for any ride screaming and kicking.

Jeff, I'd like to compliment your posts today and in particular this post. What I find so enlightening about your analysis is your ability to see both sides of the proverbial coin. You lean toward the retrace scenario but are willing to accept anti-venom and breaking t-q tops as valid indicators to indicate the retrace might be over. You are not wedded to any particular agenda. How refreshing. btw I'm watching that 1400 plus area carefully. Imho, we ramp until that 1400 plus t-q top and then revisit the bear. Time will tell. Thanks again Jeff for your excellent tutelage.
