In other words, Scalia was able to jump in at a point of his own choosing, bolstered by the dubious partisan rulings of Katherine Harris, and then decide that the election was over. That is as you say Crap!

I say it is corruption. Scalia helps the Bush family and in return Bush helps the Scalia family. One hand washes the other.
